Office Administration Traineeship – Starting January 2019
We are a small boutique accounting firm located in Bellbird Park, seeking expressions of interest for the position of Trainee Office Administrator specialising in Accounts Administration. The person we seek is bright, bubbly and friendly. They are a quick learner and keen to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment.
The position is busy with multiple tasks involved:
– Data entry
– Dealing with many receipts and invoices, including the handling, organising and entry
– File preparation and associated document preparation
– Archiving and lots of it (electronic filing)
– Reception – including meeting and greeting clients, answering phones, assisting with queries
– Bookkeeping activities – including data entry, accounts receivable and accounts payable
– Filing, letter preparation, administration tasks
Experience is not essential in this role however if you have experience you are welcome to apply. Position is suited to someone entry level wishing to commence a career in administration. We are seeking only candidates whom seek a long term career within administration/accounts.
The candidate must be prepared to undertake formal study at a certificate iii level in financial services as part of a traineeship.
The position will be offered on a full time basis commencing with a probationary period. Award wages apply.

Tax Preparer – Start June 2018
This is a position that requires formal qualifications and/or extensive experience. The ideal applicant will be up to date with current accounting requirements and legislation. A minimum 2 years experience is required with handling client appointments. The personality of this applicant is an integral part of the recruitment process. We are looking for someone that provides the highest levels of customer care and satisfaction whilst providing clean, ethical and thorough taxation work to individuals. Ideally the applicant will be bright, bubbly and have a friendly disposition. Exceptional English written and oral skills are required for this position. Our standard requirements are attending to 10 appointments per day. Remuneration and salary package will commensurate with experience and will be negotiable for the right applicant.
